The Tubertini Ionic is a Surf Casting reel, with excellent value for money.
It is equipped with four ball bearings and one roller bearing for smooth operation. The spool is shallow, facilitating long distance casting, a feature only dedicated to the Surf Casting style reels have.
Tubertini equipped the Ionic with two spools: one in aluminum of size 9000 and one in plastic material of size 8000, to cover all fishing needs.
The handle features a comfortable, non-slippery rubber knob.
