Beat Squama S Jigs

Description

Squama means Scales in Japanese. As the name of the Beat Squama jigs implies, its body feels as if natural scales have been carved on it, creating a natural feeling when prey come in contact with it.

During each jerk, the shark skin effect reduces friction on the body surface, where water pressure is applied. On the other hand, once the jigs body reaches a horizontal position and starts falling, the sinking speed of the jig slows down, due to the increase of friction and its surface area. This gives the opportunity to nearby predators, to attack.
